Layne has been a stylist for four years, fueled by her passion for helping people express themselves through their hair. Her love for the craft began with her own journey to care for her naturally curly hair. She immersed herself in researching different techniques and ingredients, fascinated by how each choice could transform texture, health, and style. What started as self-discovery quickly grew into a creative outlet, and ultimately, a career.

Outside of the salon, Layne’s home life is full of personality, thanks to her two dogs, Kenai, a lively Klee kai, and Mochi, a Klee kai–husky mix, and her cat, Noodle. She enjoys spending her free time curled up with a good book or hunting for treasures in vintage and antique shops. Her husband’s pistachio chicken is her absolute favorite meal, a dish she’ll never pass up.

Looking ahead, Layne is excited to continue growing her expertise by taking advanced curl-cutting classes. Her goal is to master a variety of techniques tailored to different curl types and lengths, ensuring every client leaves her chair feeling confident, beautiful, and truly themselves.
