Privacy Policy - the basics
At Hidden Oasis, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. When you book an appointment or fill out a form, we may collect your name, contact details, and service preferences. This information is used only to manage your appointments, provide personalized services, and keep in touch with you (if you’ve opted in). We never sell or share your personal information with third parties, except trusted providers we use for booking, payments, or communication. Your information is kept secure, and you can request to update or delete it at any time by contacting us.
By booking an appointment with Hidden Oasis, you agree to the following terms and policies.

Appointments can be made online, in person, or by phone. A valid card may be required to reserve your appointment. Clients under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we may need to reschedule your service and apply a fee. We do our best to accommodate when possible.

Payment is due at the time of service. We do not offer refunds on services. If you are unhappy for any reason, please contact us within 48 hours so we can work with you to resolve it.

Please let your service provider know about any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions before your appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service for health and safety reasons.

Hidden Oasis is a safe and respectful space. We do not tolerate inappropriate or disrespectful behavior toward our team or guests. Any such behavior may result in refusal of service.

Gift cards and promotional offers are non-refundable and must be mentioned at the time of booking. Some promotions may have expiration dates or service limitations.

We may update these terms at any time, and all changes will be posted to our website.

Terms & Conditions
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We kindly ask that you respect our time by giving notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
​
Canceling an appointment within two days of your scheduled time will result in a charge of 50% of the appointment total.
​
Canceling on the same day or not showing up at all will result in a charge of 100% of the appointment total. This fee must be paid before any future appointments can be booked.
No exceptions.

I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to the information provided regarding my treatment. I confirm that I have disclosed all relevant medical and skin-related conditions, including but not limited to pregnancy, recent facial surgery, allergies, history of cold sores/fever blisters, and use of Retin-A, Accutane, Differin, Tazorac, or Avage. I understand that this treatment may cause discomfort (including stinging, pin-prickling, heat, or tightness), that results are not guaranteed and vary by individual, and that peeling may or may not occur and does not correlate with results. I understand this is a cosmetic treatment and that no medical claims are expressed or implied. I acknowledge that multiple treatments may be required for optimal results and that, while complications are rare, they can occur and require prompt communication with my esthetician.

I agree to avoid tanning (indoors and outdoors) during treatment and for 14 days before and after, to avoid extended sun exposure, and to use daily sunscreen with a minimum SPF of 15. I confirm I have not had a chemical peel within the past 14 days and understand I cannot receive another such treatment within 14 days of this service. I have reviewed the medication list and disclosed any applicable use on my intake form.

By visiting Adore Your Skin / Hidden Oasis, I grant permission for photographs and/or video recordings taken during my visit to be used for marketing and promotional purposes, including on websites, social media, advertisements, and print or digital materials. I understand these may be edited and used without further approval, and I release Adore Your Skin / Hidden Oasis from any related claims or liability. If I do not wish to be photographed or recorded, I understand it is my responsibility to inform staff prior to services.
